The Company's flagship project is the Drumlummon Gold and Silver Mine, located near Marysville, Montana, USA (the "Drumlummon"). The Drumlummon is a bonanza style low sulphidation epithermal gold and silver deposit with historic production of approximately one million ounces of gold equivalent. The mine has never been fully exploited or explored and material that was once considered waste is now potentially economic. In addition, the Company has discovered a series of entirely new high-grade gold and silver veins that remain open for expansion in three directions.

Drumlummon underground workings have been dewatered down to the 600 foot level and has received a dewatering permit from the Montana Department of Environmental Quality. The Company conducted some test mining and milling during 2010 and completed an underground decline to the Charly Vein and the D Block zones in the spring of 2011. The Company plans to continue test mining and milling during 2011 and to continue underground diamond drilling.
