Mr. Waisberg is a former Goodmans LLP lawyer and Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration of Co-Steel Inc. He is accredited with the Institute of Corporate Directors and sits on the Boards of Tembec Corp. and Chemtrade Logistics Inc.

Alex Davidson: Chairman of the Compensation and Governance Committee

Mr. Davidson formerly served as the Executive Vice President of Exploration and Corporate Development at Barrick Gold Corporation. He currently sits on several Boards, including the Boards of Yamana Gold and MBAC Fertilizer.

Louis Dionne: Chairman of the Health, Safety and Environment Committee

Mr. Dionne is the former Senior Vice President of Underground Operations for Barrick Gold Corporation. He currently sits on the Boards of Detour Gold Corp. and Aurizon Mining Ltd.

Hugh Agro: Director

Mr. Agro was formerly Executive Vice President Strategic Development at Kinross Gold Corp., where he oversaw corporate development and exploration. He currently sits on the Boards of Victoria Gold Corp. and Fort Berens Estate Winery.

Paul Parisotto: Chairman of the Audit Committee

Mr. Parisotto is the former CEO of Arizona Star, where he was involved with the Cerro Casale Gold and Copper Project. He is currently the CEO of Chantrell Ventures and sits on the Boards of Noront Resources Ltd. and Pinetree Capital Ltd.

John O’Donnell: Director

Mr. O’Donnell is a former Chairman of RX Exploration Inc. He is currently counsel at Stikeman Keeley Spiegel Pasternack LLP, and sits on the Board of Nerium Biotechnology Inc.

John Ryan: Director
